Signing in

Choose BAC Login for a BAC account or CGSO Login for other system accounts. Enter your assigned username and password. Both headers provide About and Help Center links before the Sign In button, which takes you to the login form.

Login messages appear in the card without refreshing the page. The message stays visible, and you can correct your credentials and try again after an error. Wait while a sign-in attempt is processing. A successful sign-in opens your home page or the required password-change page.

Both login pages show News and Information beside the login form, with Official Department Information below. On phones, news appears below the form. Each login page selects a random pastel background for its page and header on every visit. The banner and heading-and-description quote pair also vary, with procurement quotes on BAC Login and general-services quotes on CGSO Login.

Forgotten password or access problems

Use Forgot password? to request password recovery. If you cannot access your registered email address, need an account, or need permissions changed, contact your designated system administrator.

Information and policy pages

The login-page footer provides About, Help Center, Terms of Use, Data Privacy, Data Security, and Data Retention Policy links. These pages are available before signing in.

Select the emblem or name in the footer's Developed by block to visit the CGSO Information Technology Development Center page.

Workflow guidance

After signing in, open system Help for the operational guides available to your account role. Opening that link while signed out requires sign-in.

Reporting an issue

Provide the page address, time of the issue, and a description of what happened. Remove passwords, recovery links, and personal or confidential transaction details from screenshots before sharing them with support.
