These records support procurement and supply transactions, accountability, reporting, and system administration. Access to operational records depends on assigned roles and permissions. Do not disclose personal information to unauthorized recipients.

Privacy requests

For questions about personal information, corrections, or a privacy concern, contact the designated City privacy office through official channels or ask your system administrator to direct the request. Do not include account passwords in a request.
