Transaction Tracking allows users to monitor the real-time progress and movement of a transaction across the procurement and supply chain lifecycle using a Tracking Number.

  1. Enter the Tracking Number in the input field.
  2. Click Track to view transaction history.
  3. The system displays a timeline of recorded actions.
  4. Use Print to generate a hard copy of the tracking record.

The Tracking Number is a unique reference assigned to a transaction. It remains the same as the transaction progresses through PR, PO, IAR, RIS, and other stages.

This number is commonly used for:
  • Status inquiries
  • Inter-office coordination
  • Audit and compliance verification

Each entry in the timeline represents a recorded event such as:
  • Transaction creation
  • Approval or endorsement
  • Issuance, receipt, or posting
Visual indicators:
  • Blue dot – Most recent activity
  • Gray dots – Previous actions

  • End-Users – Can track transactions using the tracking number
  • GSO / Warehouse – Full visibility of all transaction logs
  • BAC / Accounting – Can verify transaction progress for compliance
Some transaction details may be hidden depending on user role.
